Staff Product Manager, Tenant Screening - Hybrid in Seattle, WA - paid relocation available


We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead one of RentSpree’s core product domains. This role is critical in helping us deliver best-in-class experiences that drive value for agents, landlords, and renters across the rental ecosystem.


This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with significant ownership. You will be responsible for defining and executing product strategy within your domain. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, legal and compliance, marketing, and customer success to bring high-quality experiences to market and solve complex, user-centered problems.


We’re looking for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, values fast iteration and discovery, and brings strong systems thinking to scale successful products. This person should be passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and capable of translating user needs and business objectives into simple, scalable solutions.


You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex, ambiguous problems, building simple product experiences, and taking pride in deeply understanding users. The work you do here will have a direct and measurable impact on our users and our business.


This role is based in Seattle, with in-office collaboration 2 days per week. This role also requires collaboration with our Thai team a few times per week between 5-7pm PT.


What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your product domain at RentSpree
  • Deeply understand the needs of our users through qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences at speed
  • Define clear success metrics and drive measurable impact across business, customer, and operational goals
  • Prioritize and communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Champion simplicity, accessibility, and clarity across all aspects of the user journey

Skills You Bring
  • 6+ years of product management experience, including experience in a high-growth environment
  • Strong product sense and product fundamentals
  • A bias for action: Move quickly, remove blockers, and find scrappy paths forward without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical fluency with the ability to interpret data, size opportunities, and define clear, measurable success metrics
