Global Professional Services Talent Development is seeking an experienced professional to lead the ongoing evolution of our Professional Services Talent Framework. In this role, you will focus on evolving and operationalizing our performance and career development frameworks that empower our employees to navigate their careers, drive innovation, enhance skills, and drive company growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in organizational and talent development, combined with the ability to translate strategy into scalable, data-driven solutions. This leader will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Services, Employee Success, and People Technology to embed consistent, equitable, and future-ready talent practices.

Your Impact:
  • Evolve and operationalize our Professional Services Key Strategic Objectives framework and tools that move beyond basic KPIs to recognize the full range of our employees’ contributions.

  • Define governance and operating models to ensure consistency and scalability and advise on the tooling to drive program success.

  • Provide thought leadership, enablement and change management to influence and align global business stakeholders and supporting teams, and drive adoption and effective usage of the overall performance framework, systems and tools. 

  • Oversee the data collection and reporting process to support the performance framework. 

  • Audit and refine the process to ensure it is continuous, objective, and data-backed.

  • Stay informed on leading-edge talent practices, and benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and innovation

Career Development 

  • Assist in the creation, evolution and governance of comprehensive Career Development tools for every role, defining the specific responsibilities and expectations for roles.

  • Provide thought leadership and change management to influence and align stakeholders, and drive adoption and effective usage of the career development and tools.  

  • Assist in the creation and evolution of skills for the organization.  

  • Proactively identify organizational capability gaps and make data-driven recommendations to drive skill development.  

Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive Organizational Development/Talent experience within large organizations 

  • Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, talent development — with a strong curiosity for leveraging leading-edge practices

  • Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility and influence at all organizational levels

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-output, and occasionally ambiguous environment

  • Exceptional written, presentation, interpersonal, and storytelling skills

  • Ability to build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions

  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and driving adoption across global organizations

  • Ability to flex between high-level strategy and the operational details of program management, with the agility to pivot as business priorities change.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,200 - $236,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
