The intern also provides administrative support while developing practical human resources experience.
As a Team Relations Intern, you will support team members, leaders and the company as a whole while gaining valuable HR experience. In this role, you'll learn how to manage HR documentation, coordinate engagement activities, and provide administrative support to the Team Relations team, all while developing key skills in a dynamic professional environment.

About the role
- Partner with Team Relations Specialists in supporting team members across the organization
- Assist with conducting orientation programs, coordinating volunteer events, and planning engagement activities
- Support administrative tasks including managing HR documentation and monitoring the Team Relations tracking mailbox
- Help facilitate team member engagement meetings including office hours, town halls, and stay interviews
- Learn to manage and track unemployment claims and assist with representing the organization as needed
- Answer basic team member and leader questions regarding ADA, FMLA, and other HR policies
About you
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in an HR environment
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices
- Interest in pursuing HR certification in the future
