Responsibilities:

  • Execute regional market strategy in alignment with global segment objectives and business goals.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue generation by supporting regional sales teams and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Manage the regional product portfolio, aligning offerings with customer needs, market demand, and business priorities.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer insights to provide strategic recommendations to global leadership.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and oversee regional budget planning and management for the market segment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and operations teams to address regional market requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments to identify opportunities, mitigate threats, and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.
  • Identify regional business risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to support sustainable growth and operational success.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in market segment management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics for the IF segment.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management.
  • Turbomachinery industry experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Filter experience is highly desirable
