Position Summary...

What you'll do...Role summary:
This Staff, TO will define the vision and roadmap for the destination-side services we will offer to Walmart Imports sellers. This role will focus on shaping the future Destination Services product — grounded in seller feedback, service performance insights, and operational feasibility. Partnering closely with Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams, you will translate seller needs and operational realities into clear business requirements, design end-to-end service experiences, and guide the development of scalable, reliable capabilities from port unload through delivery to FCs.
About the team:
The Walmart US eCommerce cross-border inbound team develops solutions that enable Marketplace Sellers to expand product selection by providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping from international locations to the Walmart Fulfillment network. This team collaborates across functions to deliver impactful business outcomes, leveraging program and financial management, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities. Focused on innovation in shipping logistics, the team maintains clear communication and adaptability to meet evolving business needs while supporting Walmart’s commitment to delivering value to customers through effective business operations and collaboration.
What you'll do:

• Turn seller insights into business requirements and scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Define integrated plans aligned with business priorities, establishing charters, scopes, and performance baselines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build consensus and influence decision-making.
• Assess and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects of varying complexity.
• Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review progress, address issues, and maintain program health.
• Manage and monitor program budgets, providing accurate estimations and inputs for business cases and operating plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators and adjust plans to optimize operational and financial outcomes.

What you'll bring:

• Proven cross-functional leadership and influence, including driving outcomes across teams without direct authority.
• Experience in transportation, supply chain, cross-border logistics, process design, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
