Help turn payment fraud protection into a compelling financial business case.

At Eftsure, we’re scaling our presence across the United States and looking for a VP or Senior Director - Global Head of Value Engineering who can connect our technology to the financial outcomes that matter most to CFOs, treasury leaders and finance teams.

This is a 100% remote opportunity anywhere in the US, working closely with our Sales team on strategic and enterprise opportunities.

If you’re commercially minded, financially savvy and love translating technology into a clear story around ROI, risk reduction and business value, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing global fintech.

About Eftsure

Eftsure is a fast-scaling SaaS fraud technology platform protecting B2B payments through real-time vendor verification and payment protection. In a world of increasingly sophisticated cybercrime and payment fraud, we help businesses transact securely and avoid paying the wrong people.

As we continue to expand internationally, our goal is to become the Security Standard for B2B payments.

About the role

As our Value Engineer, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to build the financial and commercial case for Eftsure.

You’ll work directly with prospects and customers to understand their current environment, quantify risk and opportunity, and demonstrate the measurable value Eftsure can deliver. That means taking platform capabilities and translating them into the language of CFOs, treasury teams and senior finance leaders - from ROI and risk reduction through to operational and financial impact.

This isn’t a traditional technical pre-sales role. We’re looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of finance, technology and enterprise sales, helping customers understand not just what Eftsure does, but why the investment makes commercial sense.

You’ll also have the opportunity to help build and shape Eftsure’s Value Engineering capability as we scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with Account Executives on strategic and enterprise opportunities, developing compelling and quantified business cases that translate Eftsure’s capabilities into financial outcomes.

  • Build and maintain value calculators, ROI models and tools that enable meaningful value conversations earlier in the sales cycle.

  • Work directly with prospects and internal stakeholders to understand their current state, business challenges and future needs.

  • Present findings, recommendations and business cases to C-Suite, senior management, treasury and finance stakeholders.

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, credible and measurable business value.

  • Partner with Customer Success to track KPIs, monitor value and demonstrate post-sale value realization.

  • Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, webinars and content around payment fraud risk and financial controls.

  • Help build and continuously improve Eftsure’s Value Engineering frameworks, tools and processes as the function grows.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring 3+ years’ experience in Value Engineering, Value Consulting, financial or treasury management, or a related pre-sales function - ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech.

You’ll also have:

  • Strong financial acumen and confidence discussing the metrics, risks and priorities that matter to CFOs and finance leaders.

  • Experience building ROI models and quantified business cases.

  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence presenting to C-Suite and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and broader proficiency across Microsoft Office.

  • The ability to take complex or technical platform capabilities and turn them into a simple, compelling financial story.

  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • A self-motivated, adaptable mindset and an interest in building processes and frameworks from the ground up.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, QAD or Epicor, or value engineering/ROI modelling platforms such as Cuvama, will be highly regarded. Working knowledge of GAAP, general ledger processes and cash flow forecasting would also be advantageous.

Why Eftsure?

This is an opportunity to join Eftsure at an exciting stage of our US growth and have genuine influence over how we demonstrate value to the market.

You’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Finance, have exposure to senior customer stakeholders, and play an important role in helping strategic customers understand the financial impact of protecting their B2B payments.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to combine financial acumen, commercial strategy and technology while helping businesses protect themselves from payment fraud, we’d love to hear from you.
