Job Description

- Excellent Communication.
- Extensive OPS experience working in Operations center, NOC etc..
- Good knowledge on Wintel Platform and Windows Infrastructure.
- Work experience with any of the Microsoft O365 products preferably Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business & Exchange.
- Good troubleshooting skills and debugging skills on Infra, O365 and networking.
- Experience with PowerShell, should be able to quickly debug issues and be able to write simple scripts when needed.
