About D3:
D3 is transforming the $340B+ domain industry into a new financial primitive through DomainFi. This first-ever interoperable network connects traditional domains with Web3 ecosystems to financialize domains as a major asset class. Drawing on over 40 years of combined domain expertise across .com, .net, .org, .xyz, .inc, .tv and 200+ other TLDs, D3 has raised over $30M from top investors including Paradigm and Coinbase Ventures.
Job Overview:
This is a hybrid role in San Francisco or Los Angeles that offers extraordinary creative freedom and ownership in revolutionizing how domains become financialized assets. As Web3 Product Designer, you'll spearhead the interface design of our trailblazing product and its back-end management portal. Your role is pivotal in sculpting user interfaces that are not only visually striking but also intuitively navigable across our web and mobile platforms. Your task is to amalgamate aesthetics with functionality, creating a seamless and simplified user journey in the complex landscape of Web3.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and evolve user interfaces that resonate with the intuitiveness and aesthetic appeal required for Web3 applications.
- Engage in rigorous user research, including interviews and usability testing, to deeply understand and address the nuanced needs of Web3 users.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs, articulating your visionary concepts to stakeholders and team members.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure flawless translation of designs into functional and technical excellence.
- Work in tandem with product managers to crystallize product vision into tangible features and user stories, with a keen focus on Web3 applications.
- Foster an iterative design culture, continuously refining user interfaces based on real user feedback and insightful data analytics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience, particularly in Web3 environments including digital collectibles, trading markets, decentralized finance (DeFi), or with prominent Web3 companies and VC funds.
- A portfolio showcasing extensive Web3 UI/UX work is mandatory. We want to see your journey in creating interfaces that cater specifically to the Web3 domain.
- Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a flair for crafting engaging Web3 experiences.
- A robust grasp of user-centered design principles, especially as they apply to the Web3 paradigm.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, coupled with the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, adapting swiftly to evolving Web3 landscapes.
