The Senior Product Manager for EG Advertising will define product vision and strategy, manage product roadmaps, collaborate across teams, and leverage data for performance optimization.

Lead a team of 10+ engineers to design, build, and operate cloud-native, real-time AI-powered fraud and remediation systems. Own platform architecture, technical operations, SLOs, observability, and AI integration (including generative/agentic AI). Partner with Data Science, Product, and Ops to deliver features, experimentation, monitoring, and automation while mentoring engineers and driving platform simplification.

Lead design and implementation of systems and workflows that connect learning, knowledge, and agent-support platforms. Build automation, metadata and taxonomy standards, and technical governance to ensure trusted, scalable content delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and transition to sustainable operations.
