- Role Summary: As an Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to executives and team members. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating business priorities, handling confidential information, and providing general office support. 4. What are the key responsibilities?

- Supervise general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and basic bookkeeping.

- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

- Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.

- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.

 

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  - Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.

  - Minimum 10 years of experience in an executive setting or as an administrative assistant.

  - Demonstrated high level of professionalism and privacy/compliance.

  - Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new technologies.

 

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  - Previous experience as a successful admin at Microsoft or in a similar business environment.

  - Proven track record of exceptional professionalism and ability to work with CVPs.

  - Positive energy and willingness to learn.

  - Ability to collaborate and juggle multiple tasks.

  - Thirst for knowledge and change.
