Engineering & Technology Innovation (B&TI) is looking for a Experienced Project Management Specialist to support the Engineering Technical Developmentorganization and Technical Development projects and initiatives that span across Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T).
A successful candidate has strong communication skills, follows through, and builds strong, positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. This role will work closely with the Functional Chief Engineer (FCE) offices and business unit and operating group engineering partners
Position Responsibilities:
  • Support of projects related to the Engineering Technical Excellence portfolio, including the Boeing Technical Fellowship, Technical Lead Engineer, and Engineering Development and Technical Exchange (EDGE) event planning
  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
  • Prepares data for recurring scorecard updates and program reviews for executive leadership
  • Manages the development of command media, digital tools, and process definition for the Technical Excellence organization

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
  • Experience with workforce or people development initiatives
  • Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, to include managing multiple priorities

Summary Pay Range: $94,350 - $136,850
