We are seeking talented summer interns for Summer 2026 as a part of our dynamic team focusing in Aviation, Sports, and Transit projects. Those interested in joining our team should be proactive and approach design challenges with a willingness to explore lots of ideas.
Relocation and housing are not provided for these positions.

What You'll Do:

  • Performs elementary architectural assignments and works from designs of others.
  • Compiles data, performs basic computations and prepares working drawings on projects of limited scope. Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, business development, etc.
  • Assists in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings.
  • Researches, gathers, and records information for use in writing specifications.
  • Performs basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in post-secondary architectural or related program

  • Collaborates on current architectural projects

  • Makes recommendations to solve design problems
  • Develops models and designs using applicable software

What We Prefer:

  • Revit skills
  • Previous internship experience
  • 3 years of enrollment in post-secondary architectural program

Proficiency in software:

  • Conceptual Modeling: exposure to Sketchup and/or Rhino, Grasshopper
  • Documentation: Revit, AutoCAD a plus
  • Rendering: exposure to Enscape, Twin Motion, Lumion and/or V-Ray
  • Graphics: Adobe Suite

Possess good communication skills and display the following attributes:

  • Curious
  • Accountable

The approximate pay range for the Greater Seattle, WA Metro Area is $21.45 - $32.17. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
