Leads the overall clinical and operational management of a neuro-epilepsy nursing unit or group of patient care units. Oversees nursing activities, supports patient-focused care, aligns operations with organizational mission and values, and provides leadership to caregivers. Requires a nursing degree, Washington RN license, BLS certification, and three years of recent related clinical experience. First-line management experience and a master's degree are preferred.
The manager is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing.
- Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- 1 year of First line management experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
