The Senior Ads Analytics Manager will operate as a strategic thought partner to leadership, defining how performance is measured and optimized at scale. This role requires strong technical depth, enterprise-level thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders through data-driven insight.

The base salary range for this role is $129,500 - $207,000.

What You'll Do:
- Define and lead measurement frameworks that shape Ads monetization and performance strategy
- Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives spanning multiple systems and business domains
- Standardize KPIs and performance definitions across Ads products and surfaces
- Design scalable inspection mechanisms that enable proactive and strategic decision-making
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to influence roadmap and investment decisions
- Drive experimentation strategy and measurement standards across teams
- Build durable analytics mechanisms rather than one-off analyses
- Mentor and elevate analytical standards across the Ads organization
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant analytics experience; deep digital advertising or retail media experience strongly preferred
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working across complex data environments
- Strong experience designing experimentation frameworks and scalable measurement systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape strategic decisions
- Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to long-term strategy
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale advertising marketplaces or retail media networks
- Experience building monetization or pricing frameworks
- Experience leading or mentoring other analysts in a formal or informal capacity
The base salary range for this role is $129,500 - $207,000.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
