  • Lead multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across investment, risk, data, operations, and technology teams
  • Establish governance frameworks, project plans, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage competing priorities to maintain delivery momentum

Strategic Platform Execution

  • Partner with product and technology teams to execute against the platform roadmap, with a focus on scalability and client impact
  • Translate complex investment and analytics requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
  • Support the evolution of METRiQ™ into a scalable, client-facing platform
  • Drive platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and feedback loops

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination across business and technology teams
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders

Analytics & Domain Alignment

  • Apply understanding of portfolio analytics (performance, risk, exposures) to inform delivery
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure outputs align with business needs
  • Support validation and implementation of analytics-related capabilities

Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial services
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working across business, data, and technology teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with investment or analytics platforms (e.g., performance, risk, attribution)
  • Exposure to product or platform development within an investment context
  • Familiarity with data and analytics ecosystems
  • Experience driving system enhancements, automation, or process improvements

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
