We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

As an Agency Partner Specialist, you will support retention, enablement, and platform adoption across a broad portfolio of agency partners. You'll be the person agencies turn to when they need to understand why an account is performing the way it is, and what to do about it.

This is a performance-oriented role at scale. Success requires fluency in direct-response fundamentals: you'll interpret CPA, ROAS, spend pacing, and lifecycle signals across many accounts, then translate what you see into recommendations that media buyers actually act on. Agency Partner Specialists work within established engagement models and playbooks, applying judgment about where attention will have the greatest impact on partner outcomes. This role is a strong fit for someone who has owned budgets and hit targets, and who now wants to apply that instinct across a portfolio rather than a single account.

What you'll do
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a large portfolio of agencies, delivering timely, high-quality guidance through Intercom and other channels, with live support for complex or time-sensitive issues
  • Diagnose account performance, CPA, ROAS, spend pacing, creative fatigue, audience saturation — and make concrete optimization recommendations that protect spend and renewal
  • Act as a performance sounding board for agency media buyers, translating MNTN platform levers into the outcomes their clients care about
  • Proactively engage partners post-launch to reinforce best practices and drive durable, repeatable usage
  • Educate partners on platform features and workflows, guiding them toward self-service tools where those solve the problem faster
  • Execute engagement playbooks that increase adoption, reduce risk, and support long-term agency retention and growth
  • Monitor performance, usage, and engagement signals to identify churn risk early and prioritize outreach where it matters most
  • Escalate sustained risk or complexity through established workflows and partner with internal teams to resolve it
  • Maintain accurate account records and surface recurring trends and feedback to inform product and process improvements
What success looks like
  • Agencies move through key stages of the MNTN journey with minimal friction
  • Retention improves as risk signals are identified early and addressed promptly
  • Partner performance improves measurably on the accounts you touch
  • Engagement with core platform features and self-service tools increases, reinforcing stable usage
  • Proactive outreach prevents issues from escalating and reduces avoidable churn
  • Agency media buyers see you as a credible performance resource, not just a support contact
  • Recurring trends and feedback are surfaced to strengthen playbooks and team performance
What you'll bring
  • 3+ years in performance marketing, media buying, or a customer-facing role at an adtech or martech platform
  • Hands-on experience owning paid media budgets and performance KPIs, brand-side, agency-side, or at a platform, with accountability for hitting CPA or ROAS targets
  • Working knowledge of the direct response landscape: attribution models, funnel metrics, testing methodology, and how media buyers evaluate a new channel
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions across accounts and book of business
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise guidance at scale through email and in-app messaging
  • Comfort supporting a high volume of partners and navigating competing priorities
  • A data-informed mindset, with the ability to interpret usage and performance signals to guide outreach and escalation
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, or similar customer engagement platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Judgment to apply established playbooks while recognizing when a situation calls for a tailored approach
  • Adaptability to evolving processes, tooling, and partner needs in a growing organization

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
