The BCT IT Sr. Analyst is responsible for executing control testing activities to evaluate effectiveness of SoFi's Internal Controls, working with various business partners, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement IT controls. This role ensures the business units have a sustainable end-to-end control environment. Responsibilities include executing design and operating effectiveness testing, assessing IT controls, maintaining documentation, presenting testing results, and implementing new controls.

Responsible for threat intelligence by reviewing, maintaining classifications, submitting IOCs, and defining automations. Evaluate threat data feeds, research security threats, and collaborate with data scientists to create machine learning models. Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and develop strategies for false positive controls and product efficacy.

Lead the Business Transformation team at First Mode, overseeing business change initiatives, setting team direction, driving operating model evolution, and managing cross-functional projects. Provide mentorship, internal consulting, and guidance to the team. Manage the Business Administrator and support business operations objectives. Requires strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
