Perform SQL-based data extraction and analysis against Snowflake and other platforms to assess IT and security controls, validate ETL pipelines, produce audit-ready reports and dashboards, and partner with Engineering, Security, and IT to gather evidence and communicate findings.

The Staff Accountant will prepare financial entries, assist in financial presentations, collaborate across teams, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

Lead Finance support for product launches by coordinating across accounting, tax, treasury, risk, and operations. Oversee launch reviews, perform accounting treatment assessments, design and implement controls, produce audit-ready documentation and executive reporting, and partner with Finance Engineering to automate reporting and processes. Serve as trusted advisor to business partners and manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Manage end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close across global entities, oversee intercompany billing, settlements, transfer pricing execution, FX analysis and eliminations. Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Finance Data to operationalize entity launches and intercompany agreements. Design and document SOX controls, lead GL projects (M&A integrations, new entity setups, ERP/NetSuite enhancements), and mentor direct reports to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Perform end-to-end financial crime compliance audits: scope, testing, workpapers, reporting, and remediation validation. Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and Legal to identify control gaps, assess risk, recommend remediations, and verify closure. Use data analysis (SQL preferred) and maintain AML/sanctions regulatory knowledge. Manage multiple remote audit workstreams and stakeholder communication, applying responsible generative AI oversight where appropriate.

Lead end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll for salaried and hourly employees (including equity/RSUs); compile and validate payroll inputs; resolve payroll inquiries in Jira; reconcile timecards; partner with HR/Finance/Legal on employee changes; and identify automation and process improvements.

Lead financial due diligence and end-to-end purchase accounting for acquisitions, drive accounting treatment for investments and consolidations, draft technical memos and SEC disclosures, ensure SOX controls, and partner cross-functionally on new products, complex transactions, and post-close integration.

Own exception management and operational readiness for listed derivatives and crypto products. Lead UAT, playbooks, cutovers, monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and automation while partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Accounting.
