Lead and execute financial audit and advisory engagements across Boeing using Agile methodology. Evaluate complex processes, risks, and internal controls; develop audit programs, workpapers, and testing. Present findings to senior leadership, coach and develop staff, conduct risk assessments, and participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel 10–20% and rotate through business units as part of a 2–3 year leadership development program.
