Leads Remitly’s global licensing and regulatory examination management program. Responsibilities include examination readiness, regulatory response coordination, license renewals and filings, financial condition monitoring, surety bond administration, NMLS records, FinCEN registration, compliance metrics, process technology improvements, and management of a global team. Partners across Compliance, Treasury, Accounting, and Engineering to maintain authorizations and regulatory compliance worldwide.

Owns end-to-end global payroll across 20+ countries, including pay-run approval, US multi-state payroll, compliance, controls, vendor management, country expansion, and payroll technology modernization. Leads a distributed payroll team, manages third-party providers, partners with Finance, HR, Legal, and Total Rewards, supports M&A and restructuring, and develops AI-driven automation for reconciliations, anomaly detection, and scalable payroll operations.

Lead corporate development and strategic partnership initiatives, including acquisitions, investments, and transactions. Build financial models, conduct valuation and due diligence, analyze fintech markets, support negotiations and integration, and provide strategic recommendations to executives and the Board. Collaborate with business, finance, accounting, and legal teams while managing multiple priorities and leveraging AI tools to improve M&A and analytical efficiency.
