Lead enhancements for period-end close, automate reconciliations and journal workflows, design data integrations, ensure SOX/ITGC compliance, establish best practices for development and release, partner with finance stakeholders, grow a blended global team, and drive automation and AI adoption.

Leads Expedia Group’s corporate development and M&A strategy, identifying and executing acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and other inorganic opportunities.
