Leads global indirect tax compliance, tax operations, audits and controversy across U.S. and international markets. Establishes scalable controls, reconciliations, reporting and data-quality processes; advises stakeholders on tax risks and business initiatives; and translates tax requirements into technology and process solutions. Partners with Tax, Finance, Legal, Product and Engineering teams to advance automation, analytics and AI, manage regulatory changes, support audit defense, and improve compliance execution across jurisdictions.

The Tax Manager will support U.S. GAAP tax provisions and reporting for international operations. Responsibilities include analyzing foreign tax credits, FDDEI, Subpart F, NCTI, Section 987, book-to-tax differences, and international tax forms; supporting audits, transactions, and tax legislation analysis; maintaining workpapers and controls; and driving AI-enabled tax technology and process improvements. The role partners extensively with Tax, Finance, and cross-functional teams.

Participate in a three-rotation Finance Leadership Program across FP&A, commercial finance, marketing finance, controllership, audit, treasury, and tax. Analyze trends, support forecasting, build business cases and investment proposals, collaborate with finance and commercial leaders, and lead program workstreams. Graduates receive structured development, mentoring, senior-leader exposure, and sponsorship for CIMA or ACCA qualification studies.

Manage global bank account lifecycles, letters of credit, bank guarantees, treasury systems, online banking access controls, and compliance reviews. Partner with banking, legal, data engineering, and treasury teams to develop infrastructure, automate reporting, apply analytics and AI, and improve liquidity decision-making. Serve as a subject matter expert on banking products while supporting Treasury projects and stakeholder communication.
