Administer workforce tools by managing user accounts, permissions, licenses, onboarding, and offboarding. Track tool adoption, compliance, license utilization, and costs. Create Excel dashboards and recurring management reports, resolve access issues, coordinate with vendors, and identify usage anomalies or underutilized licenses. The role is fully onsite in Gurugram on a 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST US shift.

Supports enterprise IT operations by preparing devices for deployment, administering Active Directory, troubleshooting endpoint issues, assisting with IT asset management, and supporting outages, preventive maintenance, project deliverables, and compliance requirements.

Manage day-to-day IT for a remote-first startup, including onboarding and offboarding, device and account administration, employee troubleshooting, IT documentation, vendor coordination, endpoint security, DNS, MDM, patching, and compliance support. The role also contributes to IT projects such as MDM migration, tooling rollouts, vendor evaluation, and security improvements. This is a part-time engagement of approximately 8–10 hours weekly with occasional onsite support preferred in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Provide global IT support across hardware, software, identity, networking, cloud applications, onboarding, device provisioning, access management, endpoint administration, and asset tracking. Administer workplace systems including Okta, Google Workspace, and Kandji or Jamf. Troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments, maintain documentation and inventories, support security and compliance activities, and build automations to improve IT workflows and employee experience.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.

Provide on-site IT and AV support at the London office, manage device lifecycle and onboarding, handle inbound support requests, build automation and Slack bots, contribute to Tech Ops projects, and maintain internal IT documentation.
