The Account Manager will serve as a key communication link between customers and the company, responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving sales within a specific territory.

Manage and retain existing small commercial and industrial customers by making outbound and handling inbound calls, renewing contracts, responding to cancellations, cross-selling Republic Services products, documenting activities in Salesforce, and meeting retention and penetration targets in an assigned territory.
