As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will design, build, execute and report on digital engagement campaigns that generate new qualified leads, optimize customer onboarding, drive use of our software, advance user knowledge of best practices, measure and increase customer satisfaction and achieve other engagement objectives. You will partner closely with the Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and Inbound-SDR teams to maintain effective data capture/flow between the Zipwhip App and our sales/marketing tools. The Senior Data Engineer works on the back-end of our platform, focused on building data pipelines to that power our Candidate Recommendation Engine (CRE) and other aspects of our business. We are specifically looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our marketing attribution and performance reporting infrastructure. Our analytics team owns, among other things, the data models and procedures that our global marketing teams rely on for daily reporting and analysis. This automated data pipeline is built on several data platforms that leverage Redshift SQL, Python, and Spark. Marketers use this data to inform budgets and forecasts, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and consumer behavior insights. This analyst will act as the subject matter expert, working alongside other analysts and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute on future improvements and evolutions of our data models. This could include identifying opportunities to collect more accurate or complete data, layering in new features to our reporting and KPIs, creating tests and alerts to validate the accuracy of our data, and evaluating various attribution methodologies (such as first-click or multi-touch). The analyst can then analyze the results of those improvements, clearly narrating the impact they had on the business.
