As a Product Designer for the Shipment Success team, you'll be refining and evolving the engine that powers the Convoy platform. While both supporting our operations teams and creating new magic moments in product for our carriers and shippers, you'll be creating the vision for the teams that keep Convoy moving. You'll own end-to-end design process for your product pod, including everything from customer research to refined, ready-to-ship features. You'll be expected to use your expertise to deeply understand our customers and translate that understanding into successful solutions.
Work cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineers representing the design team, prioritizing together with a triad, facilitating design discussions and providing feedback.
Own the design process on the team from beginning to end: making use of existing research and analytics as well as suggesting new ones; thinking and designing flows, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
