Provide strategic legal support for DKeX and related exchange/clearing initiatives. Advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations; draft and maintain exchange rules, policies, and governance; support regulatory filings and rule submissions; partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams; monitor regulatory developments; manage outside counsel; and develop scalable legal guidance and processes to enable compliant product development and operation of a regulated prediction markets marketplace.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) legal review and translation for marketing, offers, disclosures, and customer communications; advise cross-functional teams on advertising, promotions, and responsible gaming; validate vendor translations and help develop AI-assisted translation tools to scale high-quality legal translations.
