Lead and scale Motive's litigation function: develop and execute litigation strategy across IP, trade secret, Lanham and competitor disputes; manage outside counsel and budgets; oversee trial and motion practice; advise cross-functional teams; mentor litigation staff; and leverage AI-driven tools to advance business objectives.

Provide legal counsel for the Motive Card product: advise Product, negotiate issuer/processor and financing contracts, support Sales and Marketing compliance, collaborate with Finance and Risk on fraud and policies, work with privacy/regulatory/IP teams, stay current on payments industry developments, and become a trusted advisor to enable product growth.
