Manage transactions from strategy through closing and ongoing maintenance while providing clear legal guidance and thought leadership on related projects.

Support Affirm’s capital markets and bank partnerships teams by structuring and executing financing transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international deal documents, advise on lending and securities laws, and guide transactions from strategy through execution. The role also supports capitalization strategy, partner-bank expansion, and special projects while collaborating with internal business teams and external parties.
