Provide legal counsel to CoreWeave’s U.S. West sales organization on complex cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, software licensing, partnership, and data processing transactions. Draft and negotiate commercial technology agreements, advise stakeholders on legal and commercial risks, support enterprise sales cycles, manage concurrent transactions, and improve contract templates, playbooks, policies, and processes. Coordinate with outside counsel and counsel senior business leaders on high-value and cross-border deals.

Lead CoreWeave’s product regulatory governance program and advise Product, Engineering, AI, Security, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. Responsibilities include reviewing products and AI capabilities, assessing international regulatory risks, embedding privacy, responsible AI, security, and data-governance requirements, advising on market entry and launches, monitoring global laws, and leading regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and remediation.

Provide securities law counsel for a public company: prepare and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, registration statements), support proxy and shareholder meeting logistics, advise on insider trading/Rule 10b5-1 and Section 16 filings, review external communications for Regulation FD compliance, monitor securities law developments, train employees, and support corporate governance matters.

Provide strategic legal support for global sourcing, procurement, and deployment of datacenter and infrastructure hardware. Draft and negotiate complex supplier agreements, advise on risk allocation, compliance, export controls, and international logistics. Build templates, playbooks, and enablement for scalable contracting; manage outside counsel and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for global expansion.
