Serves as senior employment counsel for the Americas, advising People & Talent and business leaders on employee lifecycle matters, workplace investigations, policies, disputes, compensation, benefits, and equity. Coordinates multi-jurisdiction employment advice, including contractor classification, employer-of-record arrangements, remote work, mobility, and regulated-entity issues. Manages external counsel and litigation-related legal spend while developing scalable employment-law playbooks and templates.

Advise on payments and financial-services regulatory matters across the Americas, including licensing, money transmission, payment flows, product launches, filings, and regulatory developments. Partner with legal, compliance, risk, product, strategy, and commercial teams; translate complex requirements into practical guidance; manage external counsel; support government-relations work; and contribute to regulatory projects across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Provide senior regulatory legal advice for Airwallex Americas on payments and financial services. Manage licensing, registrations, compliance obligations, regulator engagement, cross-border product support, regulatory strategy, and external counsel. Partner with product, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to enable market expansion and ensure timely regulatory filings while improving efficiency with AI and legaltech tools.
