The Commercial Valuations Coordinator manages Floorplan inspections, assesses collateral risk, communicates with dealers, and supports operational integrity through process improvements in the Client Management team.

Support branch operations and customer experience by processing teller transactions, handling routine to moderately complex operational tasks, resolving teller-line issues, supporting branch manager with scheduling, escalating complaints, identifying customer needs and fraud risks, and motivating staff to meet business objectives while following policies and compliance controls.
