Own sales, onboarding, and customer success operations, including territory management, commissions, pipeline and lifecycle processes, CRM data hygiene, reporting, health scoring, segmentation, and workflow improvements. Translate operational needs into buildable requirements for Business Systems, reduce manual work, improve process consistency, and support revenue teams through data-informed decisions and cross-functional partnership.

Own ChowNow’s business development function by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships that increase revenue, restaurant acquisition, and market reach. Build scalable partner processes, manage relationships across technology, referral, and channel partners, and align initiatives with product and go-to-market goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with executive, sales, product, marketing, legal, finance, and engineering teams. Periodic travel to conferences, partner locations, and the Los Angeles headquarters is required.

Lead and coach a team of ~10 Territory Managers to drive high-velocity SMB restaurant acquisition. Drive predictable revenue, forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, in-person coaching and co-selling, hiring and onboarding, collaboration with Enablement and RevOps, and personally contribute to selling when needed.
