Serve as a strategic advisor and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Sell Motive's fleet management platform to large enterprise prospects across industries. Prospect, develop executive relationships, win RFPs, coordinate technical resources, meet revenue quotas, and use customer analytics to drive expansion and integrations.

Develop and close business with enterprise clients, building executive relationships, resolving issues, and exceeding sales quotas using a consultative approach.

Develop and close enterprise public-sector business across state, local, and education accounts. Partner with sales, customer success, executives, and cross-functional teams to structure deals, resolve terms and order-processing issues, enforce Deal Desk guidelines, and improve go-to-market efficiency. The role requires expertise in Salesforce, experience with complex non-standard enterprise transactions, and strong communication in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives on prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and closing Fortune-level accounts. Develop territory and strategic account plans, track KPIs, hire and enable talent, collaborate cross-functionally, and directly engage high-priority prospects to drive ACV and revenue goals while ensuring CRM and sales processes are followed.

Lead pre-sales efforts for Motive's Maintenance Platform as a domain expert. Support AEs and SEs with discovery, demos, POCs, trials, and value-based selling. Translate field feedback into product roadmap input, build repeatable go-to-market plays, and enable the broader sales organization on maintenance workflows and outcomes.

Designs, delivers, and measures enablement programs for Downmarket Networks and SDR teams. Gathers field intelligence, builds AI-enabled learning tools, run trainings and coaching, partners with global enablement, and ensures programs drive measurable GTM outcomes.
