Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Solutions Directors to drive adoption of precision medicine products (Treatment Selection, MRD, Hereditary Cancer). Develop regional clinical sales strategy, run executive steering committees, ensure EHR connectivity, monitor physician engagement and site performance, and coordinate cross-functional implementation to embed solutions into clinical workflows.
