The GTM Ops Manager will build a new sales engine, define targets, create a playbook, manage teams, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

This role involves owning the full sales cycle, launching a new vertical for new SMB customers, shaping the sales strategy, and tracking performance in Salesforce.

Qualify and close dental practice leads, call and acquire new clients (SLED/FQHC), use Salesforce to track activity, exceed sales goals, collaborate with sales leadership, and learn the dental industry and Dandy's value proposition.
