Develop tailored training, content, job aids, assessments, onboarding, and compliance guidance; partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams; support procurement and contracting processes; align enablement with product launches and industry events; train teams on Salesforce, Clari, Claude, and related tools; and measure program effectiveness against business outcomes.

Advise U.S. government customers on GitLab’s DevSecOps platform throughout the presales cycle. Responsibilities include technical demos, presentations, workshops, proof-of-concept and proof-of-value delivery, proposal and audit support, solution design, customer success planning, stakeholder relationship building, value stream assessments, and communicating customer feedback to internal teams.

Own a mid-market territory and book of business, prospecting and managing new and expansion opportunities through complex sales cycles. Present GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform to technical and business stakeholders, maintain pipeline and forecasts, negotiate and close deals, and support customer adoption and expansion. Collaborate with sales development, customer success, renewals, marketing, partners, and technical teams while contributing customer insights and sales process improvements.

Own strategic public sector accounts for GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Develop account plans, navigate government procurement and contracting, build relationships with agency leaders, manage opportunities from pipeline through expansion, and drive adoption. Collaborate with engineering, customer success, support, system integrators, resellers, and other partners to deliver modernization outcomes. Represent customer feedback internally and help shape GitLab’s public sector strategy.

Drive enterprise sales growth across California by managing strategic accounts, generating pipeline, and expanding GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Lead consultative sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and implementation; build C-level relationships, develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional and channel partners, forecast pipeline, analyze wins and losses, and communicate customer value through presentations and proposals.

Own and execute multi-year strategic partnerships with a hyperscaler and an AI lab, aligning technical integrations, commercial motions, and joint go-to-market plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams, run operational cadences, track measurable outcomes (pipeline, ARR, integrations), and represent partnerships to executives while driving hands-on execution and follow-through.

Build C-level relationships, develop strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage full sales lifecycle from discovery to implementation, and drive net ARR and account expansion while contributing to forecasting and go-to-market improvements.

Lead the field organizations AI adoption by defining enablement roadmaps, identifying and piloting high-impact field use cases, driving operational scale, building field champions, and owning governance for safe, compliant AI tool adoption.
