Lead technical direction for agentic AI across Forward Deployment Engineering. Own AI cost visibility and optimization: design showback/chargeback and cost-optimization models for GenAI/LLMs, manage enterprise license and seat programs, monitor/analyze spend, flag anomalies, feed dashboards and reporting, and partner with engineering and finance to reclaim unused spend and ensure accurate cost attribution.

Lead continuous testing and evidence generation for AI controls, map controls to SOX, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001, track audit remediation, detect control drift, and partner with Cyber, Legal, and AI Trust teams to maintain independent assurance.

Serve as FP&A business partner for Rideshare and owner of consolidated O&O financials. Manage full P&L lifecycle, revenue modeling, bookings/pipeline tracking, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, KPI reporting, pricing and commercial approvals, deal economics support, quota and incentive calculations, and consolidation for leadership and corporate reporting.

Acquire new small and medium-sized business accounts through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Analyze customer needs, recommend wireless products and solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales. Manage sales funnels, forecasts, and activity reporting using sales automation tools. Participate in training and sales meetings while developing prospecting, call execution, and relationship-management skills.

Drives cybersecurity initiatives across Security Operations Center and Incident Response teams, tracking technical execution through completion. Identifies and mitigates risks, blockers, and dependencies; maintains the threat response roadmap; coordinates people, processes, and technologies; and communicates progress with IT and business stakeholders. The role supports security strategy, automation, incident escalation, detection engineering, and remediation efforts.
