Welcome and check in members and guests, build trust-based relationships, onboard new members, recommend personalized membership solutions, maintain a safe and clean facility, resolve member questions and concerns, and meet sales goals through active engagement and lead generation. Requires 1 year retail or fitness sales experience and CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
