Own Hightouch’s core marketing product portfolio, including audiences, analytics, experimentation, trait building, and orchestration. Set product vision and priorities, lead 0-to-1 innovation, improve adoption, and drive revenue outcomes. This senior, hands-on product leadership position involves managing multiple workstreams, validating market needs, defining MVPs, and presenting product strategy and customer insights.

Develop experimental AI techniques for agentic marketing applications, especially image and video generation. Build proofs of concept, autonomous evaluation and improvement systems, realistic AI-generated video, and brand-aligned creative generation workflows. The role requires strong quantitative and probabilistic thinking, backend architecture skills, creativity with LLM applications, and product intuition.

Develops value frameworks, use-case libraries, buyer narratives, release positioning, capability boundaries, and product readiness standards. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and field leadership to translate technical product capabilities into defensible customer outcomes, qualification paths, business cases, and seller enablement. Requires substantial experience in positioning technical products and familiarity with MEDDPICC.

This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity for Hightouch's engineering team by owning the build/test/deploy processes, improving multi-cloud infrastructure, and driving excellence in testing.

Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market customers. Provide technical guidance, manage onboarding projects, troubleshoot escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and surface product feedback to drive platform improvement.

Partner-focused sales role owning Snowflake partnership day-to-day: source partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell with Snowflake AEs, run joint meetings and events, enable partners, attend in-person Snowflake events (2-3 heavy travel months/year), and maintain frequent partner cadences to accelerate deals and expansion.

Own Hightouch’s competitive intelligence program, including competitor research, positioning, battlecards, comparison frameworks, sales enablement, and market insights. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product Management on launches, campaigns, roadmap input, and deal support. Create website messaging, case studies, objection-handling content, and customer-focused narratives. Represent Hightouch at events, customer engagements, and webinars while establishing a competitive program from scratch.

Own GTM revenue economics and forecasting: build capacity/productivity and pipeline-to-ARR models, analyze GTM unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback), partner with CRO/RevOps/Marketing, support pricing/packaging, and prepare board-level GTM analysis and scenario modeling to guide growth investments.

The Partner Solutions Engineer builds relationships with partner SEs and technical leaders, supports partner sales with technical needs, and drives partner-informed product enhancements through collaboration with key ISVs.

Design and iterate on Hightouchs Agents product: build 0-1 AI marketing tools, produce rapid prototypes and high-fidelity UI, conduct customer research, synthesize data-driven insights, drive product strategy, and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and PMs to ship features.
