Conduct outbound prospecting to owners, developers, and general contractors in construction and real estate. Research target accounts, personalize emails and LinkedIn messages, make cold calls, qualify leads, book meetings, maintain HubSpot records, and optimize outreach based on performance and sales feedback. The role is fully remote and requires independent pipeline management, strong communication, and prior SDR or BDR experience.
