Lead and optimize internal communications operations for a global marketing org. Own platforms (intranet, email, enterprise social), design content workflows, implement automation (Power Automate), integrate AI (Copilot-like tools), measure engagement, manage calendars and budgets, and drive process improvements and stakeholder adoption across complex, matrixed environments.

Act as customer advocate for high-impact escalations across cloud and enterprise products. Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers, drive timely resolutions, communicate status to stakeholders, analyze recurring issues, and improve processes and customer experience while mentoring and sharing knowledge.

Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, manage cloud infrastructure using IaC, run containerized workloads and orchestration, implement security monitoring and vulnerability remediation, support monitoring and incident response, and collaborate with development teams to streamline releases and maintain operational/security documentation.

Lead and execute qualitative user research for data, analytics, and BI products. Consult on enterprise risk management and organizational change for large-scale EPC and cloud infrastructure programs. Assess current/future-state processes, design governance and reporting improvements, perform gap and data-driven risk analysis, develop process maps and dashboards, lead stakeholder workshops, support training rollout and adoption, and produce executive-ready reporting to drive integrated risk practices across a global matrixed organization.
