Leads shared operational services for WatchTime Studios’ channels, overseeing KPI reporting, performance analytics, publishing execution, metadata and scheduling, vendor sourcing and management, contract and cost tracking, and cross-functional production workflows. Partners with analytics, production, and corporate teams to create measurable, repeatable, and reliable systems across multiple YouTube and social media channels.

Owns the performance and P&Ls of multiple YouTube channels, leading creative direction, content strategy, publishing, production oversight, audience growth, monetization, budgeting, and performance optimization. Manages channel teams and partners cross-functionally to deliver content on schedule, within budget, and against goals for views, retention, click-through rate, audience growth, revenue, and margins.

Own end-to-end localized content production across multiple workstreams, coordinating internal teams, studios, vendors, timelines, revisions, quotations, delivery, and quality sign-off. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs and capacity, maintain operational systems and documentation, and continuously improve localization workflows. The fully remote role requires Eastern Time Zone alignment and periodic travel.

Edit multi-cam reaction footage into fast-paced, retention-driven YouTube videos. Create strong 30-second hooks, kinetic typography, visual pop-ups, and high-quality sound design. Collaborate with lead editors, iterate on feedback, analyze retention data, maintain organized Premiere/After Effects projects, and optimize exports for YouTube.

Develop and critique YouTube video concepts, design formats and challenge structures, own performance reviews across channels, analyze metrics (CTR, view duration, retention) to inform creative decisions, and recommend what content to make or stop making.
