Oversee accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Partner with FP&A and executive leadership on budgets, forecasts, allocations, government accounting requests, and strategic initiatives. Monitor GAAP standards, support system implementations and acquisitions, and lead, train, and mentor accounting staff.

The Manager, Account Development increases market awareness and customer base through direct client contact, strategy implementation, and collaboration with the Business Development Team.

Lead Marketing Operations to manage workflows, resource planning, project portfolio governance, and process optimization. Oversee intake, prioritization, and lifecycle of marketing projects, coordinate vendors, maintain dashboards and metrics, and support event deliverables. Manage and mentor the Marketing Operations team while driving continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
