Executes internal and external corporate communications, including weekly newsletters, town halls, executive messaging, speaking engagements, media relations, and major announcements. Manages communications calendars, coordinates cross-functional contributors, develops accurate stories, tracks engagement and media performance, and improves programs using feedback and data. The role requires excellent writing, sound judgment, strong organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage sensitive information and competing deadlines onsite in Everett, Washington.

Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, virtualization, endpoint/patch management, and monitoring. Implement security controls, automate with PowerShell and RMM, support Azure/AWS workloads, perform audits, and participate in on-call incident response.

The PR Lead will manage media relations, craft narratives about Helion's fusion technology, and support external communications strategies, enhancing awareness and credibility in the energy sector.
