Lead and supervise sales and use tax engagements from planning to completion, prepare and review complex corporate, partnership, and high-net-worth individual tax returns, research complex tax matters, identify planning opportunities, resolve tax controversies, and train and mentor staff.

Lead international tax engagements including review of complex C-corp, S-corp, and partnership returns; provide strategic federal and state tax planning; manage multiple engagements and supervise staff; mentor team members; instruct professional development programs; and develop new client relationships.

The Valuation Associate will prepare valuation analyses for lending purposes, assist in financial reporting, perform industry research, and develop Excel models.
