Own the roadmap and outcomes for Claude-powered internal products and automation. Partner with Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, Security, and Engineering to prioritize needs, define requirements, ship iteratively, drive adoption, manage change, and measure business impact. Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major area of Claude Science. Partner with scientists, research, engineering, design, policy, security, and go-to-market teams to improve AI capabilities, define scientific evaluations, launch products, support enterprise readiness, and prioritize workflows across biology, chemistry, physics, and other scientific fields.

Leads architecture, development, and optimization of global Order-to-Cash revenue systems. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Data Infrastructure, and Engineering teams during high-volume operations and month-end close. Drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI through strategic enterprise sales. Own the full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, navigate complex stakeholder and procurement processes, expand accounts, forecast pipeline, and exceed revenue quotas. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams to communicate customer needs, refine sales methodology, improve playbooks, and strengthen market positioning. Build executive-level relationships and help customers deploy responsible AI solutions.

Own end-to-end accounting for compute and cloud infrastructure expenses, including close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, contract reviews, ASC 842 assessments, commitment tracking, and vendor accounts payable reconciliation. Partner with Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and auditors while mentoring accounting staff and leading process transformation initiatives.

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts adopting Claude. Partner with account executives to understand requirements, architect scalable LLM solutions, conduct evaluations, build prototypes, lead technical workshops, and guide customers from discovery through deployment. Develop executive champions and adoption roadmaps, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks while maintaining safety and reliability.

Drive Claude’s growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Develop product strategy, lead growth feature launches, analyze metrics and user feedback, conduct user research, define KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams. The role requires balancing rapid product iteration with AI safety and ethics, with emphasis on large-scale B2C and subscription products.
