Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for WanderOS, developing automated email, in-app, and SMS campaigns that drive onboarding, activation, engagement, expansion, retention, and win-back. Segment and personalize messaging, conduct A/B tests, build KPI dashboards, and optimize the lifecycle marketing technology stack. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing to improve activation, retention, expansion revenue, churn, and customer lifetime value.

Own WanderOS’s growth marketing strategy across paid acquisition, SEO, partnerships, referrals, landing pages, conversion funnels, and performance budgets. Run experiments to improve CAC, conversion rates, qualified pipeline, and customer growth. Develop messaging and creative, build KPI dashboards, manage the growth technology stack, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Lifecycle Marketing.

The Director of Product Marketing will build and lead WanderOS’s product marketing function. Responsibilities include defining positioning, personas, competitive strategy, launch programs, demand-generation campaigns, product communications, sales enablement, operator research, funnel analytics, and adoption initiatives. The role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and company leadership, hires and develops product marketers, and translates platform capabilities into compelling customer-focused messaging.
