Own day-to-day GTM revenue systems and build AI-native automations. Responsibilities include Salesforce administration, n8n workflow development, deal desk and commissions support, tooling administration, integration monitoring, and converting repetitive tasks into automated, agentic workflows using Claude Code and other AI tools.

Qualify and engage inbound product-led leads and run strategic outbound prospecting to Web3-native teams. Book discovery meetings, apply qualification frameworks (BANT/MEDDICC), track signals in CRM, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive product-led expansions and conversions. Share feedback to influence roadmap and meet KPIs for pipeline and conversion.

Provide technical support and debugging for Web3 customers, reproduce issues, write scripts to diagnose problems, manage refunds/Stripe, document processes, and translate escalations into actionable items for engineers.
