Manages a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts by administering credit policies, contacting customers about delinquent payments, preparing credit and collection reports, resolving problem debts, and minimizing credit losses. Develops workflows, APIs, service portals, reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities; maintains CMDB and integrations with Atlassian, identity, monitoring, and business systems. Provides platform support, manages releases and upgrades, establishes governance, mentors technical teams, and drives continuous improvement.

Develop and enhance Ferguson’s custom Trilogie ERP system across multiple functional areas. Responsibilities include designing business-process solutions, owning software projects through implementation, integrating APIs and web services, collaborating with analysts, product owners, QA teams, administrators, and vendors, writing unit tests, reviewing code, and optimizing performance in high-transaction environments. The role also supports Trilogie’s migration from Unix to Linux and requires extensive UniBasic or Pick-based development experience.

Leads risk-based operational, financial, commercial, and fraud-related audits across the audit lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning engagements, assessing risks and controls, conducting fieldwork and analytics, documenting evidence, drafting findings and reports, presenting results, coaching auditors, and advising management on mitigation and process improvements. The role also evaluates governance and compliance programs, coordinates stakeholders, applies audit standards, supports recruitment, and identifies technology-enabled testing efficiencies.
