The Business Development Manager will drive demand for Liftpod products, develop relationships, organize demos, and implement sales strategies in North America.

Leads engineering, administration, security, performance, and lifecycle management for enterprise IBM Power and IBM i environments. Oversees IBM i OS, HMC, VIOS, PowerVM, LPARs, storage, hardware, high availability, and disaster recovery. Automates administration using Ansible, CL scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code, while advancing observability, AIOps, security, and compliance. Serves as a senior escalation point, supports mission-critical ERP applications, leads modernization efforts, mentors engineers, and participates in on-call and after-hours maintenance.

Leads the design, implementation, operation, troubleshooting, and support of Windows, Linux, IBM i, virtualization, hardware, and infrastructure environments. Serves as an escalation point for server incidents, monitors database capacity, coordinates with infrastructure and application teams, forecasts technology needs, develops technical solutions, supports strategic roadmaps, and mentors junior engineers. The role also involves ITIL-based ticket resolution, stakeholder communication, automation, cloud adoption, process improvement, and project ownership.

Support global infrastructure as an SME across databases, servers, networks, storage, and application platforms. Provide medium-to-high complexity run-the-business support, incident resolution, project resources, requirements gathering, solution implementation, knowledge articles, and mentoring. Cover 24/7 shifts as required.
